North Country Housing Development Programs

The quality of housing is key to the quality of life in a region and the Development Authority partners with other agencies to help fill gaps and find solutions to make housing projects work in the North Country. Working with developers and other agencies like IDAs, the Authority has several tools that can be used to help ensure quality housing for the region. Much of the housing funding was provided to the Authority by New York State to provide assistance to developers.
